Precision Smiles CAD provides digital CAD design services for dental clinics and laboratories. We deliver only the design files (e.g., STL files) and do not fabricate or manufacture physical products.

2. User Responsibilities

• Ensure all information and files provided are accurate and comply with applicable laws.

• Use our designs responsibly and as intended for dental applications.

• Do not use our services for unlawful purposes.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

• Refunds are not available for completed design services unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property

• All CAD designs provided are the intellectual property of Precision Smiles CAD until payment is received in full.

• Upon payment, you are granted a license to use the designs for your intended purposes. Redistribution or resale of the designs is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Precision Smiles CAD is not responsible for:

• Errors resulting from inaccurate information or files provided by the client.

• Issues arising during the manufacturing process using our designs.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if terms are violated or if we determine a project to be inappropriate or non-compliant with our standards.

7. Governing Law
